Prior to establishing Venture One Properties in 2008, Shane gained invaluable experience as a partner in a National Brand Commercial Real Estate company in Southeast Idaho. Additionally, he spent 12 years owning and managing retail operations for a regional chain, honing his skills in site location, leasing, distribution, logistics, sales, management, new store development, and merchandising. This hands-on experience allowed him to successfully expand his own drive-through coffee beverage chain, Java Espress and Juice Jungle, into multiple markets in Idaho.
