As skilled a realtor as you may be, you’re not a door-to-door salesperson. If a home isn’t even on the market, clever marketing is rarely enough to push someone into selling. Warm Introduction You Sold a Nearby Home

“Hello, my name is _____. I’m a real estate agent who has recently worked with (name or address of sold property). I recently helped your neighbor to sell their home and I’m wondering if selling has also crossed your mind.”

Cold Introduction
