Dana and the McGinty Family have strong ties to Northwest DC, specifically North Portal Estates, Petworth, and Takoma. They have even owned the historic Takoma Theater.
As a proud Washingtonian, Dana's commitment to real estate stems from her family's influence. She shares, "My grandparents purchased a home soon after moving to this country. This dramatically changed my familial trajectory. Leveraging real estate has been in my family's DNA for three generations."
