Do you ever feel like your phone is taking over your life? I recently had a moment of realization when I noticed just how disorganized my phone had become. The constant flow of emails, texts, and missed calls was overwhelming, and I knew I had to do something about it. That's when I turned to Feng Shui to bring balance and harmony back into my digital world.

Tip #1: Feng Shui Your Inbox~

If you're anything like me, your inbox may be a cluttered mess that feels impossible to tackle. But don't worry, there's hope! Start by taking the time to clear out the unnecessary emails and organize the important ones. Embrace the process and you might just find some hidden treasures along the way. Once you've decluttered, make it a habit to check your emails daily and respond or delete them promptly.

Tip #2. Feng Shui Your Social Media~

Social media can be a great way to stay connected, but it can also become overwhelming if not properly managed. Find a healthy balance by limiting your time on these platforms and avoiding the temptation to get caught up in comparison or popularity contests. Surround yourself with online friends who add value to your life and adjust your privacy settings to share your online life only with those you trust. Use your platform to promote positivity and contribute to the good in the world.

Tip #3. Feng Shui Your Photo Library ~

We've all faced the dilemma of running out of storage space on our phones. To avoid this, make it a routine to transfer your photos to your PC or use apps that can turn them into photo books. By keeping your photo library decluttered, you not only free up space but also make it easier to share and cherish your cherished memories.

Incorporating Feng Shui principles into your digital life can help create a more harmonious and balanced relationship with your smartphone. So take the time to wipe out the bad vibes and let the positive energy flow. You'll be amazed at how much lighter and present you'll feel in your virtual world.

In 2010, I had the opportunity to attend the Michael Coles Step Up summit, which awakened my spirit and fueled my dreams of becoming an educator and motivator. My successful career in the salon industry has now led me to pursue a college degree, and I am excited to be graduating with an Associates of Arts degree from EFSC this fall. I have been accepted into my bachelor's program at the University of Central Florida.

Alongside my career, I have continued my love for movement. I have performed as a dancer for international DJ Chan Ji Kim in Sound and Space, and more recently, I have become a yoga guide at Peace Place Counseling & Wellness and the Yoga Surf School.

When I'm not on my mat or fulfilling my domestic duties, you'll find me in my backyard garden, chasing the Florida sun. Follow me on Instagram @Zennylynn and check me out on Facebook!
