Of course, there are transaction fees to consider, such as $200 for Florida and starting at $99 for Texas. However, there are no monthly or desk fees, resulting in higher profits for the agent.

Structuring the 100% Commission Model

There are various ways that a brokerage can structure the 100% commission model. Some brokerages choose not to provide office support services to their agents, allowing them to minimize expenses and pay out 100% commission on sales. In return, agents pay low monthly fees for desk space.

On the other hand, some brokerages charge a flat fee for each sale, which can vary depending on the broker. In this scenario, agents pay funds to the brokerage, reducing the amount of commission they take home.
